Rosecrest President and staff 

 

Rosecrest Homes was established in November 2004.  Mark Lotzgeselle is the owner and President of Rosecrest and has been working in the company for over 20 years.   He is a certified 'Master Builder' and a certified 'Professional Site Manager', awarded by the Professional Home Builder's Institue of Alberta.  

 

Our Saleperson- Heiko Lotzgeselle is a housing economist by profession and has 35 years experience selling with the Multiple Listing Service.   Heiko is a member of the Solar Society and is active in the yearly Eco Solar Tour.   He has enjoyed building homes since 1976.

 

Office Manager- Carol Lotzgeselle, has a keen eye and practical outlook to make sure that all Rosecrest's homes meet the approval of the customers and not just at the point of sale but more importantly beyond.  She will guide home owners with all of their home selections.

Memberships- Rosecrest Homes Ltd. is a member of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program, and the Built Green Program.

Customer Satisfaction

Rosecrest Homes has been building homes for the last years.  We are keeping the number of homes that we build small so that we can ensure a high quality of homes, and are only building between 4 and 6 homes per year.  Some of our homes are very substantial with square footage of over 5000 sq. feet plus a walk out basement.  All of our homes are treated the same, whether they are only 650 sq. ft. or 5000 sq. ft., we keep the quality of the home at a very high standard.
